RisePush Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms apply to the RisePush app.

1. Use of RisePush

RisePush is a push-up alarm app. It schedules local alarms and requires a push-up mission before the alarm can be dismissed in the app.

You are responsible for using the app safely, choosing an appropriate push-up target, placing the phone securely, and stopping if exercise feels unsafe.

2. App status

RisePush is a push-up alarm app. Features can be updated over time. The app may not wake you in every device state or operating system condition, especially if notifications, camera access, exact alarms, sound, vibration, battery settings, or system permissions are disabled.

3. Fitness and safety

RisePush is not medical, health, or fitness advice. Do not use RisePush if push-ups are unsafe for you. Consult a qualified professional if you are unsure. Keep the phone on a stable surface where it will not fall, block movement, or create a hazard.

4. Permissions

RisePush may request notification, camera, vibration, and exact alarm permissions. You can deny or revoke permissions, but some alarm or mission features may stop working.

5. Local and account data

The RisePush stores alarm and mission data locally on your device. The app also uses Firebase anonymous authentication and Firebase Firestore for a minimal app profile and future entitlement state. There is no visible account login in the current app. Apple/Google account linking may be added later if paid subscription restore, cross-device recovery, or entitlement portability requires it. Debug and QA builds may bypass auth for physical-device testing. You are responsible for backing up or deleting local device data according to your device settings.

6. No guarantee

RisePush is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee that alarms will always fire, that push-ups will always be counted perfectly, or that the app will prevent oversleeping.

7. Feedback

If you submit feedback, you allow the developer to use it to debug, improve, and test RisePush. Do not send content that you do not have the right to share.

8. Intellectual property

RisePush, its name, interface, code, and related materials belong to the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or by the platform testing program program.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated as RisePush changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
